When I came back to pick them up I noticed the pictures were printed in landscape mode even though I needed portrait. I'm not sure if it was an error on my part or theirs, but when I asked if I could reprint the pictures in portrait mode at no extra charge they were perfectly accommodating! I got my newly printed pictures right away and I walked away very pleased with my experience.
